Old PC must be functional to allow extraction

Customer must provide all required passwords (PC login, email, Microsoft, WiFi, websites, encrypted storage, etc.)
Customer must provide valid licenses for any paid software to be installed
Customer must ensure their old computer is operational enough for data extraction

Email migration success depends on provider, account type, and access
Software such as Adobe, etc., may require separate activation or licensing information provided by the customer
Exisitng Printer setup only included if printer is fully functional and supported by Windows 11
Offer does not include fault repair for networks, printers, PCs, or unrelated issues
Physical faults or corruption on the old PC may restrict data recovery

12 Month Manufacturer warranty hardware only applies to the PC (terms vary by Lenovo)
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or third-party software failures
Compserve guarantees setup service functionality at the time of completion
